TYPE: BELGIAN ALE GLUTEN FREE BIO / ORGANIC - RATEBEER: 3,06/5
Grisette Blonde Bio is a light, very refreshing pale ale. With a secondary fermentation in the bottle, it releases aromas of a richness that it is seldom found in other beers of this density. The head is smooth and white, and the body has a straw yellow color. It has an intense yet distinctive bitterness.

A strong, dry and spicy Trappist beer.
The product of a secondary fermentation of 5 weeks. It is a complex beer with a fruity aroma and a well nuanced hop aroma. It is smooth and creamy on the palate, with a touch of bitterness carried by the fruity aroma. An exceptional beer with great finesse and elegance, and a splendid length in the mouth.

First brewed in 1996, it is based on a recipe from 1679 that used wheat, oats and barley.
Tripel Karmeliet is a very refined and complex golden to brown beer with a fantastic creamy head. It has notes of vanilla and banana mixed with citrus aromas.

The Trappist brewery in Orval produces only one beer for the general public. Between the first and second fermentation there is an additional dry hopping process. This is how the beer acquires its pronounced hop aroma and extra dry taste.

Beer brewed according to ancient traditions.
It is guaranteed to be brewed only with pale malts and has a long maturation period in the cellar and in the bottle. It is traditionally top fermented and 100% pure. Gouden Carolus Triple has a unique colour and a full flavour thanks to its well-balanced hopping.

Made from excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. During the brewing process, sugars are released which are later used to feed the yeast. During the boiling process, 3 varieties of hops from Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are added to give the beer its specific aroma and bitterness.

An oak-aged lager. The beer has a full flavour that perfectly balances the fruitiness of the yeast with the sweet vanilla touch of the wood. This gives the beer a full, warm finish combined with a soft hop bitterness.

This is not a Belgian beer like the others. Its aromatic hops give Delta IPA notes of lychee and passion fruit before surprising you with a clean and infinitely thirst-quenching bitterness. The yeast brings its Belgian touch with a spicy and dry touch.

Our brewery is the only brewery that still brews this type of beer. According to tradition, the basic recipe of this beer dates back to 1421 and is therefore the oldest beer of the brewery. This light brown, aromatic and spicy tasting beer should be served fairly cold. Refermented in the bottle.

Gulden Draak is a top fermentation beer. Wine yeast is used for the secondary fermentation. This barley wine is also perfect with and in stews, especially the Ghent variety. It is particularly suitable as a dessert beer, especially in combination with dark chocolate.

Our brewmaster, Jef Versele, designed this exclusive edition of Gulden Draak Brewmasters as a tribute to his grandfather Jozef Van Steenberge and the 230th anniversary of the brewery. His inspiration came from his many trips to the United States and his deep respect for the craft beer culture. This exclusive Gulden Draak combines the technology and craftsmanship of the traditional brewing process. By allowing the beer to mature on whiskey barrels, it gives it a distinctive finish and flavour that you have never tasted before.
Gageleer No Alcohol is a pale yellow beer with a white head and fine bubbles. In the mouth it has a sweet maltiness, little bitterness, a broad and balanced palate. Gageleer No Alcohol is a refreshing and tasty beer.

Whisky Infused’ is a unique brewing technique which involves blending a small quantity of whisky with a dark special beer to produce a balanced, full-bodied end result. For this beer, Gouden Carolus Imperial Dark is enhanced with an infusion of Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky. This yields a powerful, full-bodied beer with subtle hints of vanilla, oak and chocolate.

When poured into a suitable glass, 'Troubadour' has a thick white head. The first contact with the tongue is a pleasant fizzing sensation. The flavour is characterised by a slight bitterness and is somewhat spicy, followed by a pleasant sweet aftertaste and a dry finish.

The warm, sunny yellow design of the bottles already suggests this. This Duvel is smooth and expressive. No less than 6 different hop varieties are used for the Duvel 6.66%: just like the classic Duvel, it is based on the noble and exclusive hop varieties Saaz and Styrian Golding.

The origin of this beer dates back to the night of 27 January 1687. The moon cast its reddish glow over the tower of St. Rumbold's, which was shrouded in a thick fog. "Fire, fire, the tower is on fire!" shouts the mournful voice of a drunken man. The alarm was raised and people rushed to help put out the supposed fire. Before the tower is reached, the moon moves slowly through the fog. From this moment on, the Malinois are called Maneblussers or "Moonextinguishers".

Papegaei from Deca Brewery is a Belgian lager whose name means parrot. Its cloudy yellow colour is topped with a white head, for aromas of malt and hops, with flavours of spices, hops, fruits and malt.

St. Bernardus Abt 12 is the pride of our brewery. An abbey beer brewed in the classic Quadrupel style. Brown with an ivory coloured head. Fruity aroma, very balanced beer, full-bodied taste and a perfect balance between malt, bitterness and sweetness.

Blonde, cloudy, milky. Scent of spices, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth, soft and thirst-quenching beer, slightly acidic.

Fort Lapin Triple is a triple beer brewed with Admiral and Styrian Goldin hops. By adding coriander malt and wheat, you get this balanced beer.

Le Pinot noir fut introduit vers 1843 en Valais, une terre de prédilection pour ce cépage d’origine bourguignonne. Il est réputé comme l'un des cépages les plus fins et subtils au monde. Le Cabernet Sauvignon représente le quart de l'encépagement dans le Bordelais. Ce cépage est un croisement entre le Cabernet franc et le Sauvignon blanc. Il s'adapte très bien aux climats chauds et donne des vins très chargés en tannin, propice au vieillissement. Accord gourmand: chasse, volailles, pâtes et fromages

Le «rouge du pays» longtemps considéré comme un cépage autochtone, a bien failli disparaître. Dans les années 50, il n'était cultivé que dans quelques communes du Valais central. ce n'est que dans les années 70 qu' on lui trouve à nouveau de l intérêt.

Selon la légende, ce cépage aurait été ramené de Turquie par un ambassadeur de François 1er au XVIe siècle. Avec son caractère désaltérant, il se consomme à toutes les occasions. Vin d'apéritif par excellence, idéal pour accompagner une raclette ou une fondue, le Fendant occupe un place particulière dans le cœur des Valaisans ! En Valais, le nom usuel pour désigner le Sylvaner (ou Rhin) est le Johannisberg. Il nécessite un terroir gorgé de soleil et bien drainé, à des altitudes moyennes. Vin plutôt riche et fruité, le Johannisberg nous apporte un touche d'exotisme. Il acquiert en vieillissant des arômes complexes de gagne en caractère. Fin Bec Mer, est un assemblage issus de vignobles en terrasses bordant le Rhône. Né d’un glacier valaisan, ce fleuve traverse les frontières pour finir sa route dans la Mer Méditerranée. Sillonnant les parchets franco-suisses, il donne son unité à cet assemblage inédit qui associe les cépages valaisans de Petite Arvine et d'Amigne au cépage français du Viognier. Le Paiën ou Heida (Visperterminen, Suisse occidentale) et le Traminer sont des synonymes de Savagnin blanc qui sert à l'élaboration du «vin jaune», un vin de voile commun qne l' on trouve aussi à Xérès. Autrefois très cultivé en Allemagne, on le trouve de nos jours encore en Autriche. Le Savagnin blanc est un proche cousin du cépage Gewürztraminer.
